Accordingly, we unconditionally guarantee, where you have opted for one of our fixed fee packages, if any of the following service criteria are not met in any month, we will give you a additional month free!*
|All new clients will be contacted within two days of signed contracts being received.|
|Emails received requesting Commercial advice, from a subscriber to one of our packages, by 1400 hours (GMT) on any normal working day will be answered that very same day.|
|Letter will be answered within two working days of receipt.|
|Subject to all the appropriate information being received, by the cut off time of 1400 hours (GMT), from a subscriber to one of our monthly packages, daily notices and letters will be issued that same day.|
|Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/ following day latest.|
